Day One. 28 July 2012 Was the day that I started to turn my life around. The family and I went to the track and started to lose weight by walking/running. I went around the track two times and jogged four time in that. My start weight is 375 lbs and my waist is in 48 jeans. I did 961 steps. Hope Monday will be better. Maybe 1200 steps. My goal is to be down 40 lbs by my B-day that is only 95 days way. My goal is to lose around 150 lbs, and back in 32 waist jeans.

Just finished a little bite of my capstone

We just shoot a little bite of the opening of my capstone this last week, I shoot the hole opening with a steady cam and the F 3 and my Iphone 4S and the footage came out great with both cameras but the F3 is so nice and the shoots where nice.

Making Pies

This video was of my Mom, Wife and daughter making Pumpkin Pies for the family feast. I shot the hole thing with my Iphone 4s and my home made steady cam mount. This quick video was just a test out how well the steady cam was. When all said and done we had made 27 pies and only eat one so far.

I am going to shot part of my cap stone today with a Sony F3 and also with my Iphone 4s just to see if it could do as well as the F3.

Well we were going to shot some of the Capstone but had to move it to next week

It was a great day for shooting, but CMI sent back the lens that I need to shoot a wide angle shout back too soon. Well we bump it back aweek, man being a one man band and trying to get every thing in order just to shout a five min. scene is like standing on your head and typing a paper blind folded wile singing the Star Spangal Baner in high C.

Have a dead line

A dead line is one of the best ways to make sure you do not put it off tell the last min. But one of the hardest things that I have run into is the amount of stuff that has to be done be for the camera even starts rolling film.

For one, just getting the words down on the script, so that the road map of the film is out and place for one to follow.

Then getting the locations down so that at lease you know where you want to film. My opening scene starts off as my lead actor walks in to the building and down the hall to class that he is late for. Then as he walks in to the class that is in the middle of a lecture he looks around and finds his seat. So now that I have got that done I need to move to the next step.

Which is when I need to do this scene, and for me I want to get it in the can by the end of Nov. and move on to the next location.

And finally find who will play the parts in my film.

Oh how much work there is even before one starts rolling film.
